Team Assistant/ Analyst – Fixed Term Contract – Part Time

Join our dynamic Logistics & Industrial team in Brisbane as a Team Assistant/Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract (job share arrangement, working Monday-Wednesday). This role offers the chance to provide exceptional administration support and analytical assistance to industry leaders while developing your commercial real estate expertise.

Key responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Assist with client database management and maintain team calendars

• Support coordination of client meetings and team events

• Help organise internal meetings and prepare meeting materials

• Take meeting notes and distribute to team members

• Assist with travel bookings and general administrative tasks

Research & Data Support:

• Conduct market research and analysis to support business development initiatives

• Support lease expiry monitoring and data entry

• Help compile information for reports and presentations

• Assist with property data analysis and compilation of market reports

• Assist with basic financial tracking and expense processing

What You'll Bring.

Genuine interest in learning about commercial real estate.

Currently studying or a recent graduate (Commerce, Business, Property, or related field preferred).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Competent with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Reliable and professional approach to work.
