We are looking for an experienced individual with retail management background to lead and drive our Parafield store. This is a 7-month fixed term opportunity with a view to becoming permanent.

Core responsibilities:

Craft and perpetuate an unparalleled customer experience

Execute strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales, conversion, revenue, and mystery shopper targets

Be the catalyst of sales growth by imparting extensive product knowledge in the realm of footwear and apparel

Decipher market trends and convey valuable insights to regional teams for result-oriented sales strategies

Elevate the visual appeal to mirror the pinnacle of our brand's aesthetic

Master stock handling encompassing unboxing, processing, restocking, and the meticulous upkeep of our stockroom

Embrace the challenge to surpass individual and organizational objectives

Spearhead efficient store operations, ensuring adherence to our internal policies and procedures

Foster a harmonious team atmosphere while maintaining open lines of communication throughout the store

Your profile:

Previous managerial experience in a customer-centric domain

A deep-seated passion for retail, fashion, and the ever-evolving world of lifestyle fashion

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

A proven track record of driving and monitoring sales performance

The ability to motivate and inspire your team
