What You'll Be Doing

  • Source and engage high-quality engineering and technical professionals through proactive search
  • Qualify candidates with structured screening and clear, thoughtful communication
  • Support end-to-end recruitment delivery with senior consultants
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and CRM records
  • Deliver a candidate experience that builds lasting trust and reflects our brand promise

About You

Experienced Resourcer – You have at least 1-2 years of agency experience and a strong grasp of recruitment fundamentals.

Values-Led – You believe in doing the right thing, delivering quality outcomes, and being part of a team that genuinely cares.

Sales-Minded with Purpose – You enjoy connecting with people and supporting their career journey; through consultative, human-centred interactions.

Customer Experience Obsessed – You take pride in delivering a seamless, respectful, and valuable experience to everyone you deal with.

Organised & Professional – You're detailed, process-oriented, and take your work seriously
