We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Orthopaedic Surgery to lead a busy and expanding Orthopaedic Unit. This pivotal leadership role will oversee clinical governance, service development, quality improvement, and training for junior doctors and trainees. This pivotal leadership role will oversee clinical governance, service development, quality improvement, and training for junior doctors and trainees. You will join a collaborative and future-focused Surgical & Perioperative Division, with the opportunity to shape clinical services during a period of significant health infrastructure growth.
