About The Role

As a Centre Chef at The Grove Academy, you'll bring your culinary expertise to create delicious, nutritious meals for our little learners. You'll take pride in planning and preparing meals that cater to all children's dietary needs while maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Planning and preparing balanced, nutritious meals for children
  • Catering to special dietary requirements, including pureed meals and bottles
  • Creating and implementing weekly menus
  • Managing food inventory and conducting weekly shopping
  • Ensuring the kitchen meets the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards

Skills & Experience

We're looking for a Chef who is organised, passionate, and dedicated to promoting healthy eating. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Current experience and qualifications in Hospitality
  • Experience in meal preparation and menu planning
  • Knowledge of dietary requirements and safe food handling practices
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment
