Role : FileNet Developer

Salary Range : AUD 90,243 - 98,861 (Annual Gross)

Please Note: The above salary range is only indicative and may be subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

Location : Sydney

Short Description:
As a FileNet Developer, you should have hands-on development experience in FileNet P8 CE & PE, FileNet Content Federation Services, IBM Enterprise Records Manager, and good Java programming skills.

Skills / Competencies:
4+ years of IT industry experience, including experience in IBM Records Manager, FileNet as a Developer, Designer, and Architect. Ability to define a Road Map for ECM FileNet solutions. Experience in Records Management, Archival, Retrieval. Working experience in Agile methodology. Skills: IBM FileNet P8 (expert level), Java/J2EE (Advanced), Spring (Advanced), Junit (Advanced), iBatis/Hibernate (Intermediate), WebSphere. Strong experience with P8 content engine and process engine APIs. Strong consulting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Configuring, designing, and developing on FileNet, especially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager. Working in a team of technical experts on challenging projects. Ability to adapt to fast-paced development. Participating in design meetings and decisions. Developing Java/J2EE components to integrate with Case Manager and FileNet. Developing system monitoring tools. Contributing to operational and risk activities. Estimating and sizing for proposals. Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred skills: CMOD, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA, REST, SOAP.

Additional Skills: Excellent customer interfacing skills, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
