What Your Day Will Look Like….

You'll carry out comprehensive assessments, plan and deliver care in collaboration with your team and the community, and foster relationships that support long-term health. As a trusted clinical leader, you'll balance direct practice with mentoring, risk management and quality improvement. Your work spans screening, counselling and advocacy, while using data and evidence to steer decisions that benefit your clients. Every interaction—whether with patients, peers or partner organisations—is a chance to elevate care and strengthen community health.
