Randstad is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Service All-Rounder to join our client in Derwent Park. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a knack for sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the business: We are a leading retailer specialising in high-quality welding equipment, consumables, safety wear, and a comprehensive range of power tools. Our company prides itself on expert product knowledge and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.

The Role: As a Sales and Service All-Rounder, you will be the face of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Sales: Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products.
  • Product Expertise: Developing in-depth knowledge of our welding, safety, and power tool ranges.
  • Operational Duties: Handling point-of-sale transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organised showroom.

What We're Looking For
  • A positive and proactive individual with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service environment is highly desirable.
  • An interest in or knowledge of welding, power tools, or industrial supplies is a bonus, but not essential but a huge advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our business.
