We're looking for a skilled and professional Senior Manager, Partnerships & Florence Guild to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Curator, this pivotal role will drive the seamless integration of Florence Guild across all Work Club locations, including our restaurant Freyja, Sagas café, and underground bar Valhalla. Additionally, this role will oversee future brands, spaces, and programs. Collaborating closely with the Chief Curator, you'll develop and execute a strategic commercial partnership plan, ensuring Florence Guild continues to thrive and expand its impact.

This role requires a forward-thinking, results-oriented individual with leadership skills and the ability to effectively integrate Florence Guild into the organisation's operations. The Senior Manager, Partnerships & Florence Guild will play a key role in advancing the profile of Florence Guild, both internally and externally, while ensuring the continued growth and impact of our diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, build, and nurture strong relationships with potential partners across Work Club locations, Food & Beverage, and future projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and values.
  • Manage ongoing relationships to ensure high-quality execution and the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Support Chief Curator with lead negotiations, oversee contract development, and secure favourable terms that align with company objectives. Monitor the execution of partnership agreements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create partnership strategies for new ventures and locations. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader business strategies, including event management, brand activations, and experience pitches.
  • Drive partnership revenue by identifying and securing key brand partnerships. Track performance, and ensure financial success by developing creative pitch decks, managing budgets, and overseeing the fulfillment of partnership deliverables.
  • Support the successful launch of new projects by securing relevant partnerships that enhance the member experience and align with brand values. Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of partner-related events.
  • Work with the Chief Curator to develop strategies for engaging brands and elevating brand awareness. Drive attendance at brand experiences and represent Florence Guild at key events.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of partner pitches, contracts, obligations, and budgets. Facilitate post-event debriefs and track the progress of all partnership activities.
  • Oversee the management of Florence Guild training materials and assets, ensuring consistent integration across teams and subsidiaries.
  • Represent Florence Guild at relevant meetings, forums and events, traveling to various locations for partnerships and operational needs.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing and growing strategic relationships in partnership management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to a broad and diverse audience. Experience in delivering high-level presentations.
  • Proven business planning, and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership opportunities that drive growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting financial targets, managing budgets, and overseeing contract review meetings to ensure delivery against objectives and budgets.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the partnership landscape.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience overseeing complex initiatives and ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and drive results.
