About the roleThis challenging and rewarding role offers progression into the next phase of your career with solid training, support, and technical exposure. You will work closely with the Director and senior team members, assisting with advice and ad hoc advisory work, providing a variety of accounting solutions to a diverse and growing client base.
Key responsibilities include:- Preparing BAS & IAS returns
- Preparing tax returns, FBT, and financial statements for different entity types
- Producing and maintaining financial reports using Xero, MYOB, and Reckon Software
- Preparing management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and KPIs for clients
- Calculating and reconciling payroll tax and RTWSA lodgements
The ideal candidate will have experience within an accounting firm, a relevant tertiary qualification, and be studying or aspiring to CA or CPA qualifications. You should possess strong technical knowledge, the ability to generate financial statements and management reports, and communicate confidently with peers.
You should be proactive, personable, detail-oriented, and have big plans for your future.
