The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is currently seeking applications for an APS6 Registry Learning and Knowledge Adviser, to join the Operational Procedures Guidance and Training team.
This ongoing hybrid position can be located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
Remuneration: The annual salary range for the position is APS6 $94,563 - $106,394 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.

About the opportunity:
The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is looking for a Registry Learning and Knowledge Adviser to research, write and improve operational procedures for staff, and to develop associated learning materials. This is a unique opportunity to operate both as a subject matter expert and as a developer of learning content which may be delivered online or in print, as well as through eLearning modules and training videos.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work as part of a small team spread across the country and rotate through areas of specialisation related to either the development of procedures or the production of learning material.
As the Registry Learning and Knowledge Adviser you will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient and practical operational procedures, designing and building materials to help staff learn how to execute those procedures, collaborating and negotiating with staff, including senior staff and subject matter experts, and developing positive working relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and produce best practice solutions for registry learning needs.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Be a problem solver who is curious and enjoys research.
- Have experience of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of training facilitation and instructional design principles.
- Have experience in, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, case management functions and/or registry operations generally.
- Have the ability to write, design and build procedures and associated learning materials.
- Be a capable negotiator who enjoys new technology and the process of change.
- Have demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex projects, including the ability to prioritise and negotiate tasks to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships, working as part of a team to problem-solve through capable communication and negotiation with stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Relevant qualifications or expertise in the development of learning materials.
