Job Summary

We are seeking a Licenced Pest Control (Essential) and Termite Technician to support our growing client portfolio in the Gold Coast/Northern NSW area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering professional, reliable, and honest pest control services to residential customers while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all aspects of pest management including residential and commercial services.
  • Competently perform termite inspections, proposals, and treatments after receiving training.
  • Prepare and submit electronic reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be reliable and honest.
  • Opportunities to perform Bird Control tasks after training.
  • Spend extended periods driving as part of the job.

Requirements
  • Current Australian full driver's licence.
  • Able to drive a manual vehicle.
  • Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
  • Pest Control Qualified (mandatory).
  • Termite Technician Qualified (ideally).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Physically fit and able to work autonomously.
  • High attention to detail to maintain high standards.
  • Able to work within safety parameters.
  • Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet.
  • EWP and working at heights License recommended but not essential.
