Responsibilities
  • Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
  • Follow our residents' individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
  • Use the latest technology, including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
  • Work closely with and support your colleagues to create a great team environment
Shift Information (Please express in your application the shift block you're interested in)
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 0700 - 1300 (Low Care)
  • Thursday, Friday & Saturday 0700 - 1300 (Low Care)
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 1500 - 2100 (Low Care)
  • Wednesday & Thursday 1500 - 2300 (Low / High Care)
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 1500 - 2100 (Dementia Care)
  • Wednesday 1500 - 2100 (Dementia Care)
  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 0700 - 1500 (Dementia Care)
About You
  • Certificate III/IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Kindness in your DNA
  • Strong empathy
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A reliable, friendly and professional style
