We have partnered with a Vic State Government Agency on a digital transformation initiative and are looking to place a Program Manager to join our team on a 6 month contract basis with a strong possibility to extend.

The role will be based in Melbourne.

The Role:

A review of user access standards was conducted. This review made several recommendations to enhance the IDAM processes, including technology uplift to a number of different systems.

The goal of this project is to coordinate the implementation of these processes and technology changes.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong Stakeholder experience required
  • Experience in communicating directly (or assisting Project Managers) with senior management and the project governance authorities (Business Sponsor, project board, steering committee, etc.) with the frequency and formality.
  • Experience in directing multiple project activities to achieve synergistic outcomes for all projects/stakeholders/peers.
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of process change and the compliance with methodology within projects.
  • Experience with Agile environment
