The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Management Consultant to join our team at Think Talent.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy consulting, with a deep passion for supporting purpose-driven organisations to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with executive teams and boards to help shape strategic initiatives
- Leading small and mid-sized client engagements with the support of a senior team member
- Identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting compelling findings and recommendations

- Confidence in structuring and presenting complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
