We're on the lookout for an experienced and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage their own priorities and deadlines, and take initiative in a fast-paced real estate environment.

You'll be responsible for delivering consistent and effective marketing support across digital, social and print platforms - ensuring brand integrity and visibility across all channels.

This role is based across our Currumbin Waters and Palm Beach offices, supporting agents and marketing activity throughout Coolangatta to Burleigh Heads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Social Media Platforms – Set and execute strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Schedule and publish content, manage engagement, run ads, and track performance.
• Design & Branding – Create marketing materials in Canva, ensuring brand consistency across all assets. Use templates for digital proposals, social posts, and email campaigns to streamline agent requests.
• Print & Production – Coordinate the production and ordering of print materials for property and office marketing.
• Email Marketing – Create and send email campaigns to our database.
• Online Presence – Liaise with our support team to maintain content and implement strategies to enhance online visibility.
• Event Support – Assist in planning and delivering internal and community events, sponsorship activations, and fundraising initiatives.
• Trend Monitoring & Reporting – Stay across market trends, reporting insights and suggesting new opportunities across our online presence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with agents, vendors, and the wider team to coordinate marketing activity and meet deadlines.

About You

• You're confident managing your own workflow, prioritising deadlines, and using initiative.
• You work well under pressure, are solutions-focused, and can adapt quickly as priorities shift.
• You have a creative eye and enjoy crafting engaging, brand-consistent designs in Canva.
• You love working collaboratively, but are just as effective independently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a marketing role, real estate or similar desirable but not essential.
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft365.
• Experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms and project management software is a bonus.
