Overview

WORKING AT SMART WFM

We are continually seeking talented individuals from around the world to advance their careers at Smart WFM. For this role, we are looking for an Australian-based experienced Implementation Consultant (TLM Advisory).

Role profile:

  • Provide expert advisory leadership across Augmentation & Direct Work streams.
  • Gather, validate, and translate requirements into tailored solution designs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on UKG Ready TLM modules.
  • Lead clients through implementations, testing, and adoption of solutions.
  • Mentor consultants, sharing best practices to uplift delivery quality.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless governance and strong client engagement.
  • Strengthen delivery processes to drive consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure trust and alignment.
What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience with UKG Ready TLM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of TLM solution design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • 2–3 years' consulting experience (or equivalent in-house consulting background).
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peers.
  • A passion for problem-solving, critical thinking, and improving business practices through technology.

This role is based in Australia.
