We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to start with full-time temporary coverage and transition to a permanent part-time position, supporting various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable & Supplier Management
  • Invoicing & Sales Order Reconciliation
  • Payroll Backup & Month-End Reporting
  • General Accounting & Administrative Support
Requirements:
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, Invoicing, Costing or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB ERP, or similar).
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance preferred but not essential.
