  • Simulated Practice: Simulated Practice sessions provide a safe and controlled environment to practice your therapeutic skills and get comfortable with real-life scenarios before your first client session.
  • Experiential Discovery: This is a dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-life situations, allowing you to connect new information to existing knowledge with everyday applications to enhance the learning process.
  • Theoretical Learning: Develop your clinical expertise by strengthening your theoretical foundation through immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by Subject Matter Experts.
  • Individualised Development: A custom program will be designed with you so you can follow your preferred roadmap to excellence. Specialise or maintain a diverse caseload, and work towards progressing your career operationally or clinically.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Role

In this rewarding role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day at National 360 may involve:
  • Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
  • Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
  • Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
  • Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
  • Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online LMS.
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists, all dedicated to making a real impact.

About You

You thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment where collaboration and connection matter, and you're ready to deliver meaningful support to clients in the community. You might have a special interest in paediatrics or mental health or have preference for a generalist caseload. You're organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you
  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathologist and hold or have applied for AHPRA or SPA registration.
  • You have an interest in community healthcare.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
