ACIAR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Research Director to join their team in Canberra, ACT. This role will be responsible for leading teams of Research Program Managers and administrative staff. The Research Director will oversee the design, delivery, and monitoring of ACIAR's research investments, ensuring alignment with ACIAR's Strategic Plan and Australia's International Development Policy. They will also engage with the Australian and regional agricultural innovation ecosystem, maintain effective working relationships across ACIAR, and lead by example in implementing policies and procedures.
