Responsibilities
- Greeting and farewell to members and guests
- Monitoring club access
- Answering questions and handling complaints
- Explaining the Judgement Free Zone
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Giving club tours
- Selling memberships and managing member data
- Operating POS system and handling payments
- Scheduling PE sessions
- Maintaining the front desk and cleanliness
- Performing daily procedures and supporting team members
- Managing club housekeeping and restocking
- Completing monthly spa maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience advantageous
- Certificate 3 in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children (WWC) certificate or proof of application
- National Police Check within the last 12 months
