As Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role insupporting and executing marketing strategies that drive brandawareness, member engagement, and business growth. You'llmanage social media channels, coordinate campaigns, and supportboth internal and external communications, all while delivering aconsistent and engaging brand experience.
Working closely with the General Manager and cross-functionalteams, you'll help implement marketing plans, organisepromotional activities, and ensure smooth communication across alllevels of the organisation. You'll also be responsible forcreating and distributing compelling content, engaging with ouronline community, and analysing performance metrics to refinestrategies and deliver measurable results. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Management: Create andschedule engaging content across platforms, manage a contentcalendar, monitor engagement, and stay on top of trends to growthe brand's digital presence.
- Communications & Content: Supportinternal and external communications, draft marketing materials(e.g., blogs, newsletters), ensure brand consistency, andmaintain media and influencer relationships.
- Campaigns & Events: Assist in planningand executing marketing campaigns and events, coordinate withteams and agencies, track performance, and align initiativeswith operational goals.
- Executive & Strategic Support: Provideday-to-day support to the GM, including meeting coordination,reporting, and research to inform marketing strategy
SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with:
- Qualifications:Relevantqualifications in Marketing or Communications (highlydesirable)
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellentwritten and verbal communication abilities to effectivelyconvey messages and collaborate with stakeholders
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solidunderstanding of digital channels, tools, and trends to supportdata-driven marketing strategies
