Job Duties (please note full training will be provided and experience is not essential):

  • Screening CVs and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
  • Reading driver tour schedules and breaking down routes to debrief drivers on their tours.
  • Account managing to grow each client in all areas possible to maximize GP.
  • Inputting daily driver details and VRN onto the customer database, updating as needed.
  • Setting KPIs/daily planners for yourself.
  • Performing daily candidate specification activities.
  • Conducting daily telephone check-ins with clients to ensure all candidates are onsite.
  • Placing adverts across all accessible job boards.
  • Making sales calls from lead generation/drop-ins.
  • Being available out of hours on a rota shared between 2 branches to deal with client emergencies.
  • Visiting existing clients to ensure service standards are met.
  • Referencing all workers and ensuring candidate packs and client files meet audit standards.
