This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in graphic design, UX/UI design, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with developers, copywriters, and other designers to ensure seamless project execution.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a keen eye for detail to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Digital Experience Design Expertise: 3+ years of experience in digital experience design (graphic design, UX/UI design, etc.) in a digital agency environment
  • Technical Excellence: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop) and Figma or other experience design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, MIRA, etc.
  • Project Management: Ensure all design work is completed within assigned hours and meet deadlines
  • Pitch Documentation: Creation and involvement of pitch documentation for the agency as required
  • Creative Output Presentation: Strong capability and experience in client presentation of creative output
  • Project Status Updates: Detailed understanding of your projects and their statuses at all times, to report back to leadership
Personal Requirements:

The Digital Experience Designer must be comfortable working individually and within a team, receiving feedback from team members and clients, and be organized, reliable, and capable of understanding and solving client issues.

The individual must be driven to constantly improve the work outputted individually or by the team and demonstrate proactivity in identifying new ways to take the agency forward, profitably.
