We're searching for a Practice Manager to steer our team of incredible people, who believes that leadership is about lifting others. Someone who knows that operational excellence is about more than all our systems and checklists, it's about our people. It's about creating an environment where our admin team are supported, our clinicians can do their best work, and our clients feel truly cared for.

What You'll Do

As Practice Manager of Thriving Lives Co., you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll guide, coordinate, and connect. You'll notice the small things that make a big difference, and have the courage to change what could be working better.

You will:

  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team with empathy and purpose
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations: scheduling, reporting, compliance, with clarity and calm
  • Work closely with our finance team, steering reporting that support our team to achieve clinical excellence and allow for professional growth
  • Maintain and enhance systems and processes for efficiency and excellence that support people and our high quality of healthcare
  • Ensure our client journey is seamless, thoughtful, and welcoming
  • Champion our culture through performance support, and team connection, in collaboration with our Culture Officer
  • Collaborate with Directors and our Leadership Team to drive our vision forward
  • Hold a steady presence during high demand and a clear voice in complexity
