Our philosophy is simple: we genuinely put people first and want our people to be the healthiest and happiest they can be, at work and at home. We aim to attract and retain the best talent, and support them to achieve their aspirations. It's how we grow our business and keep one step ahead of our competitors.

About the role

This role is central to the effective operation of our CRM systems, supporting sales as well as marketing, and customer service teams. You will manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it is configured, customised, and utilised to its full potential. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data integrity, optimising workflows, and providing user support and training. You'll also collaborate across departments to tailor the CRM to business needs, manage user access and security, and deliver insights through reporting and dashboards. With a focus on automation and continuous improvement, enhancing operational efficiency and customer engagement for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the CRM system, ensuring smooth operation and user access management
  • Maintain accurate and reliable customer data through regular audits, deduplication, and clean-up process.
  • Provide ongoing user support, and training to improve CRM adoption and usability
  • Point of contact for all users for onboarding and CRM troubleshooting
  • Create and maintain documentation (technical and user guides) outlining configurations and best practices
  • Customise the CRM with tailored fields, workflows, and reports to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM functionality with departmental workflows
  • Manage user permissions and ensure the security of sensitive data
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track customer behaviour and business performance
  • Develop and optimise marketing automations, journey flows, and segmentation strategies
  • Monitor and support integrations with connected systems and tools

About you

You're a diligent CRM professional with at least two years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot or a similar platform like Salesforce. With strong technical skills in workflows, automation, templates, reporting, and user management, you're the dependable go-to person for our sales team—focused on improving efficiency and delivering impactful customer engagement solutions.

You're proactive, organised, and thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting teams and refining processes. Your excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities make you an invaluable asset. CRM certifications or qualifications are preferred, but not crucial.
