The opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will thrive on challenges in a varied work environment and enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will engage with customers, internal Sales & Marketing, Supply Operations, Finance, and our Factories.

Working full time Monday to Friday, with flexibility during busy periods to include public holidays, and some weekend work, engaged for the fixed term of 12 months.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative

  • Processing orders and liaising with customers and factory staff ensuring all delivery timeframes are met.
  • Working as part of a high-performing team.
  • Responding to public inquiries and performing administrative processes.
  • Providing support to back up all areas of customer service as required including retail, wholesale, food service, and export.
  • Working closely with the Supply Operations team to secure customer preferred export freight bookings.

  • Attention to detail and ability to adjust pace to meet operational requirements.
  • A strong ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer information.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
