You must have
  • Proven people management skills, capable of leading and upskilling a diverse team
  • Drive to exceed KPI's and store goals
  • Budgeting and expense management capabilities, or a willingness to learn
  • Ambition to grow the business
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in digital POS systems
  • Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive is desired; however, solid automotive experience without Cert 3 will be considered for the right applicant
