As a Personal Banker with Westpac, you will proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover their financial needs, utilise your product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial goals, refer customers to Home Loans and Business Banking teams, and coach customers on digital banking offerings. This role combines sales and customer service and holds accountability for sales and referral targets, while empowering customers to make the most of their money. This is a full-time, branch-based role with hours across Monday to Friday.

• Banking experience is ideal, but not essential – your high-performer energy and ability to build strong customer relationships will be key
• Strong experience in a customer-facing or phone-based sales role
• Resilience, tenacity, and an ability to adapt – no two days or customers are the same
• Proven experience of achieving performance KPIs with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Comfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems
