Situated in the industrial area of Bibra Lake, M.A.P. WA is dedicated to enhancing product integrity by committing to the ongoing process of innovation, especially in regards to product and packaging development.

We are currently recruiting for trimmers/knife hands to join our team on a Full-time basis, working approximately 38hours per week with some flexibility in hours required.

Reporting to the Production Manager(s), you will be placed on a three (3) week rotating roster where you will complete your Full-time hours over the course of four (4) days (5.30am to 3.30pm).

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Trimming fat off meat according to product specification
• Prepare meat ready for packing
• Working with portion cutting slicing machines and machine operators

Able and willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical

Able and willing to work in a cold environment

Previous shift-work experience and available to start at 5.30am as well as work public holidays and Sundays

Able to complete repetitive motion tasks with hands and wrists

Private and reliable transport

Strong attention to detail

Strong work ethic

Able and willing to follow instructions

Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

Ability to speak, write and understand a basic level of English

A willingness to take initiative and demonstrate a pro-active, can-do attitude
