Your Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Sales Specialist to join our Aesculap team, and drive sales of our Minimally Invasive Surgery and ORS products in Brisbane North: Queensland.
Reporting to the National Manager for MIS and ORS, you will work with clinicians, nursing staff and allied health to promote our award winning Aesculap portfolio. This will include identifying customer needs and opportunities, presenting product information, and using your sales experience to achieve revenue targets.
In addition, you will work with other Sales Specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product training and implementations, with a focus on both growing and maintaining your territory .
Your Responsibilities
- Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
- Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
- Attending cases and providing technical support during surgical procedures
- Facilitating product trials & evaluations and delivering in-service training
- Developing effective relationships with key opinion leaders
About You
Ideally, your background will include:
- Several years of surgical sales experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Operating Theatres and/or Emergency Departments
- Proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system
- Able to deliver long term, customer focused solutions.
- Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills and good attention to detail
Additional requirement :
To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia, a valid Driver Licence, the ability to travel within QLD (metro as well as regional) and the occasional requirement to travel overseas, and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
