As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Underdale:

  • Spacious 112 Place Centre.

  • Constructed in 2019, our newly built Centre consists of 6 spacious learning studios that also support both indoor and outdoor environment access for the children.

  • Seeking an experienced Room Leader to lead either our Under 2's or Junior/Pre Kindy Age Group.

  • Requiring flexibility with hours and availability.

  • The Centre is conveniently located close to shops, transport and some great coffee shops

You'll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

  • Current SA Working with Children Check.
