Role Overview

As a Functional Consultant, you will act as the bridge between clients' business users, stakeholders, and technical teams. Your role involves leading workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and communicating effectively at all client levels. You will contribute to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, supporting business transformations and integrating various solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business requirements gathering and functional design for D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet client specifications and adhere to company standards.
Qualifications
  • Broad knowledge of finance and business operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Proven ability to deliver in a Waterfall environment.
  • Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
  • High business and commercial acumen.
