About The Role

As part of our team of professional audiologists, you will work independently to provide services to HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients. Your responsibilities include performing hearing assessments, prescriptions, fittings, and consultations. You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology from various manufacturers, leading to greater client outcomes and job satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services tailored to a diverse clientele including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
2. Utilize your expertise to perform precise hearing assessments, ensuring accurate diagnostics.
3. Prescribe and skillfully fit suitable hearing aids personalized to individual needs.
4. Participate enthusiastically in local marketing events to raise awareness and promote our hearing services.

You will be very successful in this role if you are:

1. An experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist with extensive knowledge of hearing device products.
2. A qualified professional (QP) with active membership in a recognized audiological peak body.
3. Dedicated to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge.
4. Proven commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
5. An empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills to foster meaningful client relationships.
