Civil Engineer Graduate Program

Gain experience working with our leaders on a variety of projects including Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks. We are eager to meet individuals who are motivated to start their career and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cost Management and production reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
  2. Coordinating materials and liaising with suppliers
  3. Quality Assurance documentation
  4. Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
About you:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current Driver's license and reliable transport
