The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us You will join a national team of 50+ consultants providing clinical services & evidence-based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will work across national and state-based customer contracts.
We get to work with an amazing group of clients, and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to achieve their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and support their health outcome attainments every step of the way.
You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.
Work Life BalanceThe ORS executive team really believes in the benefits of a healthy work-life balance. Many of us have families and lead busy lives outside of work, so we know how important it is for our staff to maintain a balanced lifestyle. For this reason we:

- Aim to allocate clients close to your home
- Give you ownership of your own calendar so you can book appointments to suit your schedule
- Provide suburban office locations with free onsite and local parking
- Give you the ability to work part-time or reduced hours
To support employees with their supervised practice pathways to general registration as a Psychologist, ORS funds up to $12,000 in annual supervision costs to complete an internship program. Currently, we employ over 180 Provisional Psychologists and understand what it takes to support individuals effectively through to full registration. Supervision is either provided in-house by an experienced and registered supervisor, or employees may find their own external supervisor, and ORS pays up to $12,000 per year.
A few requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling

- A vehicle and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client-facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
