Our client is a global entertainment tech powerhouse driving transformation in the streaming and advertising space. They are requiring a Account Coordinator to join their dynamic team to support their Ads function. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with some of the brightest minds in media, this role is for you.
They're seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who can support their sales and account management teams across the full campaign lifecycle, from RFP to execution to post-campaign analysis. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless campaign delivery, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our advertising solutions.

What You'll Do
- Partner with sales and account management teams to execute advertising campaigns from planning through delivery.
- Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure smooth technical implementation and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Build and manage media plans, pricing, and targeting strategies to support RFPs.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations to meet or exceed client goals.
- Prepare client-facing reports and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver custom creative assets.
- Support billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, programmatic trading, coordination, or sales planning in digital media, ideally with a focus on video advertising.
- Experience with programmatic platforms, ad servers, and sales operations systems (e.g., DSPs, CRM, OMS).
- Familiarity with Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP buying models.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience with research and verification tools like Nielsen, ComScore, Moat, IAS, DoubleVerify, or Kantar.
