We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team working on Ports software development.

About the Role:

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for one or two development teams, ensuring alignment with product strategy and maximizing business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Product Owner for one or two development teams working on Ports software.
  • Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy and maximizing business value.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Lead and other Product Owners.
  • Participate in the Product Discovery process as part of the discovery team.
  • Be the main point of contact for the development team regarding requirement clarifications and the rest of the organization regarding the team's scope and goals.
  • Write, verify, and present clear, well-structured user stories to ensure efficient development.
  • Engage with customers, conduct user research, and contribute to customer support initiatives.
  • Work in an Agile environment, ensuring smooth collaboration between multiple teams working on the same product.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to write and communicate user stories in a clear and structured way.
  • Readiness to engage directly with customers and understand their needs.
  • Strong business communication skills in English.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of Product Discovery principles and an Agile mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Experience working in a port or shipping environment.
