Role - Test Manager

Duration - 1 Year

Location - Sydney

We at Coforge are looking for a Test Manager in Sydney with the below skills;

Technical requirements:

  • 10+ years of work experience in Quality Engineering roles with functional and automation testing experience, with minimum 5 years as a Test Manager or Test Lead
  • Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans, aligning testing efforts with project goals.
  • Proficient with authoring and managing test plans, test cases, test data, defects and reports in Jira and Zephyr Scale
  • Proficient with Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber / TestNG, Java test automation frameworks, with demonstrated competency in developing, auditing and reviewing code
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes, driving best practices and standards to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • API Testing Experience in Web Services and API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Apidog
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Maven and Azure DevOps Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes
  • Discovering, reproducing, prioritizing, retesting, and documenting software defects Comfortable with operating in a hybrid role involving manual and automation testing tasks

  • Coordinate testing activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and milestones while identifying and addressing any bottlenecks.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Prior exposure of working with onshore and offshore testers and stakeholders
  • Actively participate in the Quality Engineering Practice initiatives and be the gatekeepers for Quality and Process Compliance in their respective teams.
