Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, offering refreshments
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Handling couriers and office visitors
  • Organising meeting rooms and office events
  • Communicating messages to team members

A high standard of communication skills and personal presentation is required. Applicants must be available for all three days.
