Overview

Join to apply for the Stores Sales Assistant role at DuluxGroup.

We are looking for people-centric individuals who enjoy providing customers with advice and an excellent experience. No industry experience is required; we will provide all the product training you need to represent our household name brands. This is a part-time role of approximately 24 hours per week based in our Dulux Trade Centre store in Brookvale, NSW.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels
  • Picking & Packing orders

Skills & Experience

You should enjoy working with people, have great communication skills, and be passionate about helping others. You must regularly lift products that weigh up to 25 kg, so being physically fit is essential.

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
  • Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable
