You'll drive the strategy, grow the team nationally, and deliver best-in-class outcomes for private clients, professionals, and business owners - with full support across credit, processing and marketing.

Lead Flint's asset finance division nationally

Recruit, mentor and manage a team of asset finance specialists

Drive the growth strategy, sales performance and lender partnerships

Collaborate with marketing, credit and operations to scale efficiently

What You Bring:

Must have 2 years' experience in asset finance broking or asset lending, either within a brokerage, bank, or dealership finance team.

A top-performing asset finance broker with a proven track record (commercial and consumer)

Ambitious - ready to step into a national leadership role

Seeking more than a trail book - you want equity, ownership and growth

Experienced in building or scaling asset finance teams

Passionate about delivering strategic finance solutions with care
