Our client is a growing household FMCG company that has experienced exponential growth in recent years. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and providing commercial insights to drive decision-making.
Responsibilities- Partner with Sales and Marketing, providing insightful analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.
- Lead forecasts, reporting and analytics for the S&OP process.
- Lead a robust Budget and forecasting process including P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow forecasting.
- Provide financial input and evaluation of business proposals including new products, pricing, marketing and trade support.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and execute accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise within an FMCG environment (5+ years), with experience partnering the commercial side (Sales & Marketing). You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to exert influence across the organisation. You should be inquisitive, commercially minded and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
