Job Description

RAW Marketing is seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Marketing Assistant to support the execution of demand generation marketing campaigns across our client base in Australia and New Zealand.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for marketing and delivering real value to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing, with some experience through university projects, internships or part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and lead progression.
  • Assist with campaign implementation, including copy writing, digital ad campaigns, and performance reporting.
  • Join client calls and meetings, taking notes and contributing where appropriate.
  • Follow briefing processes and recommended campaign timelines while collaborating with the internal marketing services team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
  • Measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with content on tech themes and brands, growing your knowledge of the B2B technology sector.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Genuine interest in B2B marketing with some demonstrated experience through university projects, internships, or part-time work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
