Overview

Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for analysing data structure and application landscape to shape the data retention capabilities. Data platforms include DataBricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery. ELT/ETL tooling such as Airflow, AWS Data Pipeline, Kinesis. Experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, etc.) is a plus. Strong understanding of application integration patterns and enterprise architecture. Supporting API and SFTP integrations. Must have experience in leading initial idea / initiative discovery and documenting a clear understanding of business goals, requirements and measure of success. Must have demonstrated experience taking a leading role in assisting with planning the approach taken when planning the project / backlog / development sprints, etc. Proficiency with Jira or Confluence. Experience with Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities
  • Lead idea/discovery and document goals, requirements, and success measures.
  • Assist with planning approach for projects/backlogs/sprints.
  • Support API and SFTP integrations.
  • Utilize ETL/ELT tooling (Airflow, AWS Data Pipeline, Kinesis) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Work with data governance tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, etc.).
  • Engage with enterprise architecture and application integration patterns.
  • Use Jira or Confluence for project tracking.
Qualifications
  • Experience with data platforms and ETL/ELT tooling.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to lead discussions and collaborate with stakeholders.
