Overview

Local MC Driver at BagTrans, Eastern Creek, Queensland, Australia. We are looking for an experienced Local MC Driver to join our team for work across the Sydney Metro area. The role involves operating an automatic Mercedes prime mover, transporting palletised FMCG products. Duties include pickup and delivery work, with some distribution centre (DC) runs.

Responsibilities
  • Operate an automatic Mercedes prime mover to transport palletised FMCG products
  • Pickup and deliver goods with some distribution centre (DC) runs
Qualifications
  • Currently holding an MC License, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • DC experience beneficial
  • Experience in strapping freight, lifting gates and pulling curtains of tautliner trailers
  • Experience in the Transport and Logistics industry
  • Willing to provide a copy of your driving record
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment examination and police check (at company cost)
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Understands the importance of Work, Health, and Safety
