Employment: Permanent Role

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Sydney, Australia - Hybrid

Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documents for diverse audiences (end users (including offshore teams), senior management, stakeholders).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language, ensuring understanding across all skill levels.
  • Develop operational procedures and ensure accurate documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company writing standards, style guides, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and deliver high-quality documentation.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Proven experience in writing and maintaining technical documents.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation best practices and content management techniques.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint .

Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a flexible and hybrid working environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
