We're hiring multiple BDMs in R&D, each focused on growing a market-leading product. This hands-on role is about working with customers, solving complex challenges, and delivering real outcomes.

We're recruiting across six distinct product areas - each with its own strategic focus, yet unified by the core responsibilities of the BDM role:

  • Financials (FIN)
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Student Management (STM)
  • Timetabling & Scheduling (T&S)
  • Human Resource & Payroll (HRP)

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who shares our passion for the future of information management. Someone with the energy, enthusiasm and genuine drive to help organisations unlock the true power of their content. This role is ideal for those excited by the challenge of solving compliance, governance and information management needs, while positioning ECM as a cornerstone of our SaaS ERP platform.

What you'll be doing…

  • Partner with the Product GM to execute ECM's global go-to-market strategy
  • Expand adoption and drive new customer acquisition with Sales and Industry leaders
  • Act as ECM SME, coaching teams on compliance and information governance outcomes
  • Deliver value propositions and lead solution selling, including demos and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Launch targeted campaigns with Sales and Marketing to showcase ECM's compliance and productivity
  • Monitor competitors, develop battle cards, and provide feedback to shape the ECM roadmap
  • Drive thought leadership through presentations, articles, and customer references
  • A genuine passion for information management and a drive to help organisations unlock the value of their content.
  • Proven experience in ECM/EDRMS or related enterprise software sales, ideally in an ERP or information management context.
  • Strong knowledge of document and records management, compliance obligations, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with records and information management professionals, C-suite leaders and functional executives across ERP domains.
  • Experience positioning software solutions and articulating differentiated value.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to connect regulatory requirements to tangible business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Grow product adoption, acquire new customers, and launch upsell/cross-sell initiatives
  • Manage a rolling four-quarter pipeline and deliver tailored value propositions, demos, and ROI analyses
  • Act as product SME, mentor teams, and collaborate with Presales, Architects, and Product on customer solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategy and roadmap
  • Leverage customer references and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to strengthen market credibility
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and thought leadership
  • Proven experience in ERP or enterprise SaaS sales (B2B or product/industry-specific)
  • Preferred experience working with at least one of the listed product areas
  • Strong consultative and solution-led sales skills
  • Ability to build strategic customer relationships and drive reference-ability
  • Well-connected within industry and customer networks
  • Deep understanding of the domain and customer landscape

Enterprise Asset Management and Supply Chain Management

What you'll be doing…

  • Partner with the Product GM to execute go-to-market strategy
  • Grow product adoption and acquire new customers with Sales and Industry leaders
  • Launch upsell/cross-sell initiatives and identify market opportunities
  • Support pipeline and deliver value propositions, demos, and ROI analyses
  • Act as product SME, mentor teams, and collaborate on customer solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to shape strategy
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience of Student Management solutions either Technology One products or other student systems.
  • Ability to build strategic customer relationships and drive reference-ability
  • Well-connected within industry and customer networks
  • Deep understanding of the domain and customer landscape
  • Skilled communicator and influencer across stakeholders
  • Experience coaching and enabling cross-functional teams
  • Experience in ERP or enterprise SaaS sales (B2B or product/industry-specific) or solution-led sales skills a distinct advantage.

Timetabling & Scheduling

What you'll be doing…

  • Report to the Product GM to design and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Grow product footprint, acquire new customers, and maximise ROI with existing clients
  • Launch upsell and cross-sell initiatives and identify market opportunities
  • Manage a rolling four-quarter pipeline and deliver tailored value propositions, demos, and ROI analyses
  • Partner with Presales, Architects, and Product teams on customer-focused solutions
  • Act as product SME, mentor teams, and monitor market trends to inform strategy
  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and thought leadership
  • Proven experience in ERP or enterprise SaaS sales (B2B or product/industry-specific)

What you'll be doing…

  • Report to the Product GM to design and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Drive product growth and customer acquisition with Sales and Industry leaders
  • Support expansion across ANZ and the UK in the HCM market
  • Launch upsell and cross-sell initiatives with Marketing
  • Analyse customer needs to identify opportunities
  • Manage a rolling four-quarter pipeline for HR & Payroll
  • Deliver value propositions, demos, and ROI analyses
  • Partner with Presales, Architects, and Product on customer solutions
  • Act as HR & Payroll subject matter expert across ANZ and the UK
  • Track global HCM trends to shape product strategy
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement
  • Proven experience in HR and/or Payroll SaaS sales and business development
  • Strong preference for UK as well as ANZ experience
  • Experience in working in complex global business and matrix management
  • Ideally experience in Public Sector or Education Sector HCM sales or services
  • Strong consultative and solution-led sales skills
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and support customer references
  • Recognised as an HCM influencer
