Senior Recruitment Consultant - APAC | Expert in recruiting for Construction & Engineering

Company's Summary:

A well-established and reputable commercial fit-out specialist delivering high-quality office, retail, and interior refurbishment projects across Australia. Known for excellence in project delivery, attention to detail, and client-focused outcomes. An opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join a dynamic fit out project team, based at Waterloo, NSW.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage head contracts and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Track and report on budgets, variations, and project financials.
  • Support project teams with claims, EOTs, and progress payment assessments.
  • Coordinate procurement schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation and records.
  • Ensure contractual compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role within commercial fit out industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Australian standard contracts (e.g., AS 4000 series).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
