Who will you be working with?
Our client is a world class medical device manufacturer based in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne. They are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. If you have a strong background in cleanroom work or production assembly and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

What will you be doing?

• Accurately assemble medical devices according to technical drawings, maintaining high standards of quality

• Perform all required quality checks during the assembly process.

• Support daily production schedules by completing allocated tasks on time and escalating issues as needed.

• Maintain strict compliance with quality system documentation, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure clear identification, labelling, and segregation of all in-process and finished products to prevent errors.

• Contribute to a clean, safe, and continuously improving work environment, including minimising spoilage and supporting team training.

What do you need?

• At least 3 years' experience in a cleanroom or hands-on production assembly role.

• A reliable and collaborative team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency in work.

• Well-developed time management and organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.

• Confident in reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings.

• Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
